The Edmund Rice education Australia network of more than 50 secondary schools throughout Australia contracted Peter to provide a resource for the training of senior educational administrators and teachers in relation to the needs of same-sex attracted and gender diverse students.
The report "Safe and inclusive learning communities" will be used for the continuing education and training of their staff and educational institutes throughout Australia.

Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand contracted Norden Directions to undertake an assessment of the proposed development of an Online Community Loans Program by Good Shepherd micro-finance.
The report was used to advise the Boards of both Organisations on how the proposal could best be implemented in keeping with the value base of both organisations.

Peter has recently completed a nine month consultancy with the Victorian Department of Health in the area of mental health promotion.
His report: Melbourne's Future Growth – creating liveable and affordable communities was undertaken through the Prevention and Population Health Branch and examined how present Victorian Government policies could impact, positively or negatively, on the task of mental health promotion.
Peter is currently working as a consultant with The Pennington Institute (www.anex.org.au) drawing on his extensive experience of social policy work and strategic organization within non-government organizations.
